For financiers
Apply as a financier
Financiers and supervised financial institutions can register to receive financing applications from verified buyers. A business ID is required — and an LEI code if you are a financial institution supervised by the authorities.
All prices, listing fees and deal amounts on WasalaMarketplace are handled in euros (EUR / €).
KYC: Sellers complete payment-provider identity verification before receiving payouts. Buyers pay by card and do not need platform KYC.
Commission is always 5% — also outside escrow. Confidential listing details are unlocked only after the buyer accepts the confidentiality (NDA) and non-circumvention terms. If a deal is closed with a counterparty introduced through WasalaMarketplace, the 5% commission applies for 24 months from the last contact, wherever and however the deal is signed. Sellers report the outcome of every listing. See terms §8–§10.
