4. Indicative offers from financiers
Financiers can submit confidential indicative offers to you. You see them in your own application — the details are not visible to the seller or any other party. You can compare terms at your own pace.
5. Accept an offer and complete the purchase
Once you have chosen the best financing proposal, you continue the transaction securely through Wasala's escrow service. The purchase price is paid out only after the IPR and business assets have been transferred.
